We at vesrang, understand the importance of delivering your products in the finest condition and on time. Therefore, we have partnered with some of the most reputed courier partners in this country to seamlessly deliver your products in the best possible duration.
DELIVERY
A) How does the delivery process work?
Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Then, your item is shipped to your location.
In case your address is falls a location that is not served by our delivery partners, vesrang team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.
B) What is the estimated delivery time?
We religiously aim to ship the products within 7-15 working days, however with the current COVID situation few order shipments might take longer than usual. since all the products are made-to-order, in few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.
Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.
C) Can I track my order?
Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from vesrang with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply click TRACK ORDER and enter your order number or full AWB to check where your order has reached or how long will it take to get delivered.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
A) Do you provide shipping all over the India?
Yes.
B) Which locations do you ship your products?
vesrang ships throughout India so you can receive your order in any corner of the country within the confines of your home.
C) What are the different shipping options you provide?
We provide standard shipping as well as express shipping option which you can choose from the checkout page while placing your order.
D) Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is Free for all Prepaid orders*, We charge a nominal shipping fee of INR 180 for COD across India which will be added at the payment page before completing the purchase.
E) How is express shipping different from standard shipping?
If you choose the express shipping option, you will get your order delivered within 2 days at an additional cost of INR 300 – (Currently disable due to high orders).
F) Do you provide Cash on Delivery method?
Yes, we do. You can pay in cash for your order when the product reaches your home.
G) Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
If you choose COD option, you pay INR 180 as delivery charges. This amount includes shipping charges as well.
H) How are orders packaged?
We go an extra mile to make sure you receive your order in top-notch condition. Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging so that it stays free from any physical damage. So far, Aachho has received minimal complaints about damaged items due to packaging.
I) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have processed (shipped) your order, by contacting our customer support team at : Contact Us Page
Incase, your product is already shipped and you wish to change the address, we will have to reship your order again to a different address which will charge you INR 150.

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
We request you to inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
You need to send the order in its original packing and condition
You can also get an item in exchange for your return. Shipping will be free on exchange items. Shipping for sending a return item to us will be borne by you. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the item from you.
- Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at hello@vesrang.com within 24hrs from the date of delivery the parcel or can book a request. If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick up charges are to borne by the customer that is Rs 300. Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pin -codes.in this case customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only. Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.
- Return : We humbly don’t take returns on items sold once.
- Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
When Exchange is not accepted?
- Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10 % Colour difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
- Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
- Validity of Credit voucher issued for exchange will be of 30 days.
CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER
If you have to cancel any order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at hello@vesrang.com. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges
